It is the only UK retailer that ships the full current line-up across all three Xiaomi sub-brands - the Xiaomi flagship range (14, 14T, 14T Pro, 15, 15T, 15T Pro, 17, 17 Ultra, plus the Leica Leitzphone luxury edition), the Redmi mid-range (Note 13/14/15 series, Redmi A5), and the POCO performance line (F5/F6/F7/F8, X6/X8, C-series budget). The store also covers Xiaomi Pad and Redmi Pad tablets, the Xiaomi Watch / Redmi Watch range, Smart Bands, plus the wider HyperOS ecosystem - TVs, robot vacuums, security cameras, monitors, electric scooters, air purifiers, kettles and other lifestyle products.

Xiaomi is the world's second-largest smartphone manufacturer by volume and ships phones across a far wider price band than Apple or Samsung, with sub-£200 Redmi handsets at one end and £1,699 Leica-collaboration flagships at the other. The UK direct store launched as an extension of the broader European e-commerce push and is now the canonical channel for getting a new launch on day one, the manufacturer-administered 24-month international warranty, and the integrated Mi Points loyalty plus trade-in voucher path. PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 3 instalments are offered at checkout, with Xiaomi UK Limited acting as appointed representative of Product Partnerships Limited (FCA registration 959828) for credit broking.

The single biggest reason to think twice about buying direct, however, is the Trustpilot record. mi.com/uk sits at 1.6 out of 5 across 496 reviews as of May 2026 (66% 1-star), with the same complaint surfacing repeatedly: warranty denial on devices the customer believes is a manufacturing defect, citing alleged 'physical damage' or 'water ingress' even on IP68-rated phones and tablets used inside a soft case. Customer service templates from named agents (Mia, Raj) and 10-15 working day refund waits feature prominently. The hardware itself is widely praised even by 1-star reviewers; what users encounter when something goes wrong is the issue.

Delivery

Standard delivery is free on orders over GBP 59; below that threshold, shipping fees apply. Orders ship Monday to Friday and most arrive in 2-3 business days. Couriers used are DPD, DHL and Royal Mail depending on item and region; DPD handles the Next Working Day service and requires a signature unless a safe place was specified in advance. Delivery range is mainland UK only and explicitly excludes the Isle of Man. SMS or email notifications go out when the order is dispatched and again when ready. Concierge or mailroom delivery is permitted at commercial and apartment addresses. Self-pickup at a locker is also offered with a 7-day storage window before the parcel is returned to the warehouse.

Cashback & Offers
