VOXI is a UK mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) owned by Vodafone, running on the full Vodafone network. That means VOXI customers get the same 4G and 5G coverage as Vodafone direct, but with VOXI's own pricing and a feature that has become its signature: free social media data on most plans, where usage of apps like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X and WhatsApp does not count against your monthly data allowance. VOXI was originally launched as a younger-audience brand for Vodafone, with the Endless Social tier giving heavy social media users effectively unlimited use of the apps that matter most. The endless concept has since been expanded on selected Plans to cover endless video and endless music as well.
VOXI works slightly differently from a traditional PAYG SIM. Instead of pay-per-use credit, you choose a 30-day Plan and pay for it up front, and the Plan refreshes every 30 days. There is no contract, you can cancel any time, and you can change Plans whenever you like. Topping up on VOXI therefore really means renewing your Plan, which you can do five ways: online at voxi.co.uk, through the VOXI app, with a top-up voucher from a UK retailer, in store, or by setting up auto-renew. Most Plans include 5G access on supported phones at no extra cost. VOXI Plans run on a 30-day rolling cycle: at the end of each month auto-renew kicks in, or - if turned off - you fall back to standard PAYG rates until you choose a new Plan.
If you renew the same Plan every month, a longer SIM-only contract on Vodafone, another Vodafone-network MVNO, or a different UK network may save you a bit more for the same allowance. You can keep your existing number when switching by getting a free PAC code from VOXI first. This guide covers every top-up method, current Plan pricing, the endless social media feature in detail, voucher locations and the most common questions VOXI users have.
Renewing the same VOXI Plan every month?
VOXI is already great value, but if you renew the same Plan every month a longer-term SIM-only contract on Vodafone, an MVNO on Vodafone's network, or one of the other UK networks may save you a bit more. You can compare current SIM-only deals from £3.90/mo across all the major networks.
