VOXI PAC Code

How to get your VOXI PAC code, keep your number, and switch networks.

Virtual Network (MVNO) Uses Vodafone Network Updated April 2026

Do NOT cancel your contract manually

If you cancel your contract before transferring your number, your number will be permanently disconnected and you will lose it. The switching process automatically cancels your old contract once your number has moved.

How to Get Your VOXI PAC Code

The quickest way to get your VOXI PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your VOXI phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

Family / Multi-line Accounts: If you have multiple numbers (lines) attached to the same account, the text-to-switch service often won't work. In this case, you will need to log into your account online or call customer service to request your PAC.

You can also get your PAC code by:

  • Calling 191 from your VOXI phone
  • Logging into your account at voxi.co.uk/my-voxi

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to VOXI

To switch to VOXI and keep your current number:

  1. Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
  2. Choose a VOXI plan and sign up
  3. Give VOXI your PAC code during or after sign-up
  4. Your number will transfer within 1 working day

VOXI STAC Code

If you want to leave VOXI but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.

Which Network Does VOXI Use?

VOXI is a virtual network (MVNO) that uses Vodafone's masts and infrastructure. This means VOXI customers get the same coverage as Vodafone, but VOXI sets its own prices and plans.
