How to Get Your Your Co-op PAC Code
The quickest way to get your Your Co-op PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your Your Co-op phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.
You can also get your PAC code by:
- Calling 1645 from your Your Co-op phone (or 01608 434 000 from another phone)
- Logging into your account at yourcoop.coop/sign-in
Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to Your Co-op
To switch to Your Co-op and keep your current number:
- Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
- Choose a Your Co-op plan and sign up
- Give Your Co-op your PAC code during or after sign-up
- Your number will transfer within 1 working day
Your Co-op STAC Code
If you want to leave Your Co-op but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.
Which Network Does Your Co-op Use?
Your Co-op is a virtual network (MVNO) that uses EE's masts and infrastructure. This means Your Co-op customers get the same coverage as EE, but Your Co-op sets its own prices and plans.
