Utility Warehouse PAC Code

How to get your Utility Warehouse PAC code, keep your number, and switch networks.

Virtual Network (MVNO) Uses EE Network Updated April 2026

Do NOT cancel your contract manually

If you cancel your contract before transferring your number, your number will be permanently disconnected and you will lose it. The switching process automatically cancels your old contract once your number has moved.

How to Get Your Utility Warehouse PAC Code

The quickest way to get your Utility Warehouse PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your Utility Warehouse phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

Family / Multi-line Accounts: If you have multiple numbers (lines) attached to the same account, the text-to-switch service often won't work. In this case, you will need to log into your account online or call customer service to request your PAC.

You can also get your PAC code by:

  • Calling 150 from your Utility Warehouse phone (or 0333 777 0777 from another phone)
  • Logging into your account at uw.co.uk

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

Which Network Does Utility Warehouse Use?

Utility Warehouse is a virtual network (MVNO) that uses EE's masts and infrastructure. This means Utility Warehouse customers get the same coverage as EE, but Utility Warehouse sets its own prices and plans.
