Talk Home PAC Code

How to get your Talk Home PAC code, keep your number, and switch networks.

Virtual Network (MVNO) Uses EE Network Updated April 2026

Do NOT cancel your contract manually

If you cancel your contract before transferring your number, your number will be permanently disconnected and you will lose it. The switching process automatically cancels your old contract once your number has moved.

How to Get Your Talk Home PAC Code

The quickest way to get your Talk Home PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your Talk Home phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

Family / Multi-line Accounts: If you have multiple numbers (lines) attached to the same account, the text-to-switch service often won't work. In this case, you will need to log into your account online or call customer service to request your PAC.

You can also get your PAC code by:

  • Calling 579 from your Talk Home phone (or 0330 993 7339 from another phone)
  • Logging into your account at talkhome.co.uk/login

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

  1. Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
  2. Choose a Talk Home plan and sign up
  3. Give Talk Home your PAC code during or after sign-up

Which Network Does Talk Home Use?

Talk Home is a virtual network (MVNO) that uses EE's masts and infrastructure. This means Talk Home customers get the same coverage as EE, but Talk Home sets its own prices and plans.
