Switch from EE to Your Co-op
Keep your phone number when you switch from EE to Your Co-op. Here's how in 3 simple steps.
Important Warning
Do NOT cancel your contract manually. If you cancel before transferring your number, you will lose it permanently. Your old contract will automatically cancel once the transfer completes.
Pre-Switch Checklist
- Back up your data: Contacts, voicemails, and saved messages won't transfer.
- Unlock your phone: Ensure it's not locked to your old network if you plan to keep using it.
- Check Early Termination Fees: Text INFO to 85075 to see if you'll incur charges for leaving early.
How to Switch from EE to Your Co-op
Get your PAC code from EE
Text PAC to 65075 from your EE phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.
You can also call EE on 150 (or 0800 079 8586 from another phone).
Give your PAC to Your Co-op
Sign up for a Your Co-op plan and give them your PAC code. You can usually do this online at yourcoop.coop/sign-in, in-store, or by phone.
Wait 1 working day
Your number will transfer from EE to Your Co-op within 1 working day. You'll get a text when the switch is complete. Your old EE contract is automatically cancelled.
Transfer Cut-off Times: Submitting your PAC code before 5:30 PM usually means your number will transfer the next working day. Submitting it after 5:30 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will add an extra working day to the process.
Final Bill: You'll receive a final bill from EE shortly after the transfer is complete. This covers your usage up to the date of the switch.

Things to Check Before Switching
- Contract status — Check if you're still in contract with EE. You can switch at any time, but you may need to pay an early termination fee if your minimum term hasn't ended.
- Outstanding balance — If you're paying off a handset, you'll need to settle any remaining balance with EE.
- Phone compatibility — Make sure your phone is unlocked and compatible with Your Co-op's network. Most phones sold since 2015 are unlocked.
- Coverage — Check Your Co-op coverage in your area before you switch.
Same Network Coverage
EE and Your Co-op both use the EE network, so you'll get the same coverage after switching. No need to worry about signal changes.
