Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to Sky Mobile
To switch to Sky Mobile and keep your current number:
- Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
- Choose a Sky Mobile plan and sign up
- Give Sky Mobile your PAC code during or after sign-up
- Your number will transfer within 1 working day
Sky Mobile STAC Code
If you want to leave Sky Mobile but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.
Which Network Does Sky Mobile Use?
Sky Mobile is a virtual network (MVNO) that uses O2's masts and infrastructure. This means Sky Mobile customers get the same coverage as O2, but Sky Mobile sets its own prices and plans.
