How to Switch from Sky Mobile to EE
Get your PAC code from Sky Mobile
Text PAC to 65075 from your Sky Mobile phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.
Give your PAC to EE
Sign up for a EE plan and give them your PAC code. You can usually do this online at id.ee.co.uk/login, in-store, or by phone.
Wait 1 working day
Your number will transfer from Sky Mobile to EE within 1 working day. You'll get a text when the switch is complete. Your old Sky Mobile contract is automatically cancelled.
Transfer Cut-off Times: Submitting your PAC code before 5:30 PM usually means your number will transfer the next working day. Submitting it after 5:30 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will add an extra working day to the process.
Final Bill: You'll receive a final bill from Sky Mobile shortly after the transfer is complete. This covers your usage up to the date of the switch.
