The Galaxy Tab S9 is the sensible middle of Samsung's premium tablet line, and the most significant change it brought was giving the standard 11-inch model an AMOLED screen instead of the LCD its predecessor used. Launched in 2023 on Android 13 with four guaranteed OS upgrades and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 that still runs everything smoothly, it has aged better than most Android tablets of its era.
