About the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S
The Redmi Note 11S was Xiaomi's attempt to sneak a genuinely nice screen and a very high resolution camera into a phone most people would class as cheap, and on those two counts it succeeded. The 6.43-inch AMOLED panel is the star: deep blacks, a 90Hz refresh rate and enough peak brightness to stay readable outdoors, which is more than most budget rivals of its era managed.
