Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Deals - August 2026

About the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro

The Redmi Note 10 Pro is the phone that pushed 120Hz AMOLED down into budget territory, and that screen is still the reason to consider one. It is a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED panel with HDR10 support and a peak brightness of around 1,200 nits, which means it stays readable outdoors in a way that cheap LCDs simply do not. Xiaomi surrounded it with the kind of practical extras that have since disappeared from most phones: stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IR blaster, a microSD slot and an IP53 rating. Battery life from the 5,020mAh cell is a genuine strength, with 33W charging to top it back up. What holds it back is the Snapdragon 732G, which was never quick and now feels slow under heavy multitasking, and the lack of 5G, since this is a 4G-only handset. The 108MP camera captures plenty of daylight detail but the supporting lenses are ordinary. Xiaomi has also finished issuing updates for it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Redmi Note 10 Pro worth buying?
The Redmi Note 10 Pro is worth buying second hand if you want an excellent 120Hz AMOLED screen and long battery life for very little money. Be clear about the limits: it has no 5G, the Snapdragon 732G is slow by current standards, and it no longer receives Android or security updates. It suits light users rather than gamers or heavy multitaskers.
Does the Redmi Note 10 Pro have 5G?
No, the global Redmi Note 10 Pro sold in the UK is a 4G LTE phone. Its Snapdragon 732G chipset has no 5G modem, so it will never connect to a UK 5G network. The Redmi Note 10 5G was a separate, lower-specified handset with different hardware.
How good is the Redmi Note 10 Pro camera?
The 108MP main camera produces detailed, well-exposed photos in daylight and its pixel-binned shots hold up well for a budget phone. Low light is much weaker, and the 8MP ultrawide, 5MP telemacro and 2MP depth sensors are all noticeably softer than the main lens. There is no telephoto, so zoom is digital only.
Does the Redmi Note 10 Pro have a headphone jack and microSD slot?
Yes, it has both, plus stereo speakers and an IR blaster. The microSD slot expands the 64GB or 128GB of internal storage by up to 512GB, and the 3.5mm jack means wired earphones work without an adapter.
Is the Redmi Note 10 Pro waterproof?
It carries an IP53 rating, which covers dust and light splashes or rain but not immersion. Do not take it swimming or hold it under a tap. For a phone at this level, having any rating at all is more than many rivals offered.
Should I get the Redmi Note 10 Pro or the standard Redmi Note 10?
The Pro is the better phone in the ways you notice most: a larger 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen against the standard model's 6.43-inch 60Hz panel, a 108MP main camera rather than 48MP, and slightly more battery. The standard Redmi Note 10 is lighter at 178.8g against 193g and easier to hold one-handed. Both are 4G only and both share the same practical extras. Compare Redmi Note 10 deals.

Based on main-sensor size (1-inch / 1/1.3" beats 1/2.0"), telephoto reach (periscope > 5x > 3x optical), image processing tier (Apple Pro, Pixel Pro, Galaxy Ultra, Honor Magic Pro, Xiaomi Ultra), pro video features (ProRes, Apple Log, Dolby Vision), camera-partnership branding (Leica, Hasselblad, Zeiss) and OIS. Older flagships are de-rated since image processing pipelines have advanced significantly each generation. Megapixel count is deliberately downweighted — it correlates poorly with real-world camera quality.

Based on battery capacity (mAh) adjusted for platform efficiency calibrated against NotebookCheck, Tom's Guide, GSMArena and CNET reviewer tests. Apple A-series gets +45% (iOS process freezing + LTPO 1Hz + tuned panels make iPhone Pro Max outlast many 6500+ mAh Android phones in measured tests). Top Snapdragon / Dimensity flagships get +15%, budget chipsets are penalised −15% to −25% to reflect less efficient displays and looser background limits. Charging speed is excluded — see the separate Fast charging tag for that.
