About the Sony Xperia 1 VIII
The Xperia 1 VIII is Sony's 2026 flagship, announced in May and reaching UK buyers in June, so it is still early days and long-term independent verdicts on things like battery endurance are only starting to appear. On paper the headline change is the camera.
