The iPhone 8 was the last small, single-camera iPhone built around the familiar Home button design before Apple moved everything to Face ID and edge-to-edge screens with the iPhone X later the same year. It introduced wireless charging to the iPhone line and a glass back to support it, along with the A11 Bionic chip that was genuinely quick for its time.
