The network is particularly well-suited to anyone who wants simplicity and value. There are no hidden charges or paid-for extras that should really be included as standard. The commitment to fixed-price SIM-only plans is a welcome move in a market where mid-contract price rises have become the norm, and the £1.80 April rise on handset contracts is lower than the £2.50 O2 and Vodafone apply.
The main consideration is that Three's network, while excellent in urban areas, can occasionally lag behind rivals in very remote or rural locations. If you live in a well-covered area, however, iD Mobile represents outstanding value for money and is a genuine alternative to the big four networks.
