It sells SIM-free phones, mainly iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models, alongside iPads, Samsung tablets, watches, laptops and consoles, and it runs a separate trade-in site.
Most phones are refurbished, sold in four grades: Premium (almost flawless, though it can include ex-display stock activated for testing), Excellent (very minor signs of handling), Very Good (light cosmetic marks) and Fair (noticeable scratches or marks). Brand New sealed phones are also listed. Refurbished devices go through a 90-point PhoneCheck inspection and a CheckMEND check for lost, stolen, blocked or finance status, and product pages promise at least 80% battery health.
The stock mixes UK and international versions. Listings titled eSIM only, and some others noted in their descriptions, are the international version, in places described as the US model, and ship in a generic box with a cable.
