The quickest way to get your Honest Mobile PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your Honest Mobile phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

Family / Multi-line Accounts: If you have multiple numbers (lines) attached to the same account, the text-to-switch service often won't work. In this case, you will need to log into your account online or call customer service to request your PAC.

You can also get your PAC code by:

  • Logging into your account at hub.honestmobile.co.uk

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to Honest Mobile

To switch to Honest Mobile and keep your current number:

  1. Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
  2. Choose a Honest Mobile plan and sign up
  3. Give Honest Mobile your PAC code during or after sign-up
  4. Your number will transfer within 1 working day

Honest Mobile STAC Code

If you want to leave Honest Mobile but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.
