The OnePlus 15 is a deliberate change of direction rather than a routine annual update. OnePlus has dropped the quad-HD panel of the OnePlus 13 for a sharp-enough FHD+ screen that runs at up to 165Hz, spending the power savings on a 7,300mAh dual-cell battery that is far larger than anything else in the flagship class. Combined with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and 120W wired charging, the result is a phone built around sustained speed and endurance instead of spec-sheet bragging rights. The camera system is a triple 50MP arrangement including a 3.5x telephoto, now tuned by OnePlus's own DetailMax Engine after the end of the Hasselblad partnership, with 4K 120fps Dolby Vision video for anyone who shoots a lot.
