Messaging, calls, maps and a couple of social apps are within its comfort zone. Anything past that, including games and heavy multitasking, is not. The single 5MP camera is functional in daylight and struggles everywhere else, and charging goes through an old micro-USB port rather than USB-C. Five years on from its 2021 launch it no longer receives software updates, which matters if you handle banking or work email on it. What keeps it in circulation in the UK is its role as a spare, a first phone for a child, or a simple handset for someone who only wants calls and texts with a touchscreen attached.
