Huawei Mate 40 Pro deals

The Huawei Mate 40 Pro was Huawei's flagship camera and design showcase, built around a distinctive curved 6.76-inch OLED display that wraps around both edges of the phone, giving it a look few rivals have matched since. Powered by the in-house Kirin 9000 chip on a 5nm process, it remains a genuinely fast phone for everyday use, and the 4,400mAh battery with 66W wired and 50W wireless charging is still competitive years after launch. The standout is the triple Leica-tuned camera, combining a 50MP main sensor with a 20MP ultrawide and a 12MP periscope telephoto capable of 5x optical zoom, all of which perform well in a range of lighting conditions. The elephant in the room is the same one facing every Huawei flagship since late 2019: no Google Play Services, no Play Store, and no official Google apps out of the box. It runs Android 10 under EMUI 11 with AppGallery as the only pre-installed app source. This is a phone for buyers who prioritise camera quality and premium build over a mainstream Android experience, and who are prepared to work around the Google gap.
