Overview

Oppo's UK store at oppo.com/uk is the manufacturer's direct-to-consumer channel, operated by Unumplus Limited (UK Co. No. 10536855) trading as OPPO from offices in central London. The store covers the manufacturer's current UK consumer range - Find X9 / Find X9 Pro flagship phones, Reno 13 mid-range, A-series budget handsets, the Pad SE tablet and the Watch X2 Mini smartwatch - plus a handful of cases and accessories. A separate, older oppostore.co.uk site exists in parallel with weaker terms; the canonical D2C store is on oppo.com/uk.

Oppo is part of BBK Electronics, the Chinese consumer electronics group that also owns OnePlus, vivo, Realme and iQOO. UK retail launched in January 2019 via Carphone Warehouse and Currys, with the Oppo direct store coming later. After losing a Nokia FRAND patent dispute in the UK High Court in mid-2023, Oppo paused new UK and German operations and effectively halted device sales until the cross-licence settlement in January 2024. Since the comeback, the Find X9 series has been the spearhead of the UK relaunch, with a wider product event scheduled for 8 May 2026 covering the Find X9 Ultra, Pad 5, Watch X3 and the Enco Air5 Pro / Clip2 audio line.

For anyone committed to Oppo hardware, going direct unlocks the full current catalogue, manufacturer-administered warranty and the integrated trade-in voucher path. The trade-off is a relatively narrow active range - many models on the smartphones page are flagged Out of Stock - and a payment story that lacks the Klarna / 0% APR options offered by Samsung, Apple and OnePlus's UK stores.

Delivery

Three delivery tiers are offered - standard (3-7 working days), priority (1-3 working days), and next-day (1-2 working days). Couriers used include DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, DPD and Chronopost depending on service tier and region. Coverage is mainland UK plus France and Spain, with signature required on receipt. Free standard delivery is generally available on phone, tablet and watch orders, though the explicit threshold is not published in the public-facing terms.

Cashback & Offers

Oppo UK does not run cashback in the way contract retailers do. Promotional value comes via launch-window discounts, store-price reductions on existing models (eg the Reno 13 FS dropped from £399 to £299) and bundled accessories rather than monthly or redemption cashback.
