Get your PAC code from Vodafone
Text PAC to 65075 from your Vodafone handset to receive your PAC code instantly via SMS. You can also call 191 from your Vodafone phone, dial 0333 304 0191 from another phone, or visit vodafone.co.uk and request the code through your online account. The PAC remains valid for 30 days.
Give your PAC to Three
Pick a plan at three.co.uk, head to a Three store, or call Three on 0333 338 1001. When placing your order, select the option to transfer your existing number and enter your Vodafone PAC code. Three will begin the porting process once your new SIM or eSIM is set up.
Wait 1 working day
Your number will transfer from Vodafone to Three within 1 working day. You will receive a text on your new Three SIM confirming that the port is complete. Your Vodafone contract will be automatically terminated at the moment the number moves across, and Vodafone will send a final bill for any remaining charges.
Transfer Cut-off Times: Submitting your PAC code before 5:30 PM usually means your number will transfer the next working day. Submitting it after 5:30 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will add an extra working day to the process.
Final Bill: You'll receive a final bill from Vodafone shortly after the transfer is complete. This covers your usage up to the date of the switch.
Things to Check Before Switching
Check if you are still in your Vodafone minimum contract period, as you will be charged an early termination fee for leaving early. If you have a Vodafone Together bundle with broadband, switching your mobile may affect your bundle discount. Make sure your phone is unlocked for use on Three.
