Important Warning

Do NOT cancel your contract manually. If you cancel before transferring your number, you will lose it permanently. Your old contract will automatically cancel once the transfer completes.

How to Switch from iD Mobile to EE

Get your PAC code from iD Mobile

Text PAC to 65075 from your iD Mobile SIM. Alternatively, call iD Mobile on 7777 from your iD phone or 0333 003 7777 from any other phone. You can also request your PAC through your account at idmobile.co.uk. The code will arrive by text within 60 seconds and is valid for 30 days.

Give your PAC to EE

Sign up for an EE plan at ee.co.uk, visit an EE store, or call 0800 079 8586. When ordering, choose to keep your existing number and provide your iD Mobile PAC code. EE will arrange the transfer from iD Mobile.

Wait 1 working day

Your number will switch to EE within 1 working day. You will receive a text on your new EE SIM confirming the transfer is complete. Your iD Mobile contract will be cancelled automatically once the number moves across.

Transfer Cut-off Times: Submitting your PAC code before 5:30 PM usually means your number will transfer the next working day. Submitting it after 5:30 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will add an extra working day to the process.

Final Bill: You'll receive a final bill from iD Mobile shortly after the transfer is complete. This covers your usage up to the date of the switch.

Things to Check Before Switching

Check whether you are still in contract with iD Mobile, as early termination charges may apply. Make sure your handset is unlocked for use on EE's network. If you have any iD Mobile data rollover, this will be lost when you switch. Note any remaining billing or payment commitments.
