2010 August 28, 14:13i am really pissed off... i had this phone for a year, and it started to show up problems like , if i slide up, the call , end, cancel and the other two keys don't function, and last night it restarted automatically lol and now the number key pad not working...m so pissed off... does any one know whare i can find a service center for samsung phones in bangalore India... please e-mail me if u know @ niks_latestcraze@yahoo.co.in thankx guys, now m definitely going to buy no**a phone if this SGH j700i does not work after fixing...

In your mobile
1-go to settings
2-PC connection
3-mass storage and save.
now when connecting with laptop, open my computer and you will see your phone as a drive. -
