The T-Mobile G1's claim of being the only Google Android mobile phone on the market is about to become a thing of the past as HTC bring out their second Android-powered device the HTC Magic. Properly unveiled during Mobile World Congress the Magic is an evolution of the Dream and its design suggests a more conscious effort by HTC to take on its two big touchscreen rivals the Apple iPhone and the BlackBerry Storm. Why You Should Buy the HTC M

"1.Many applications so far have been made for it hardware keyboard."
    What does this mean???
The underlying OS doesn't care and neither do applications. If you have a text-entry field and you "click" on it, the soft keyboard will pop up and allow you to enter text. This will be the way Android functions - on both the G2 and the G1.

I think, the real difference is the amount of memory the G2 gets, but it is only my opinion.
