2009 July 28, 20:26I was reasonably pleased with my first period of 3 Pay as you go Broadband.
I have not however been impressed by how difficult it was to top up, you have to register a card, system unavailable. You only find this out after entering your details each time.
I then bought a top up voucher that wouldn't work, and ended up ringing for help. The help centre guy, I could just about understand, and it cost me about £1.50 for the call.
Finally they call it pay as you go, that would suggest that your top up is there until you use it.
Wrong, there is a 30 day time limit, so it is really a monthly contract.
Could do better!!!
